Sintegrum is licensed on a subscription model that scales with active employees and candidate throughput.

An employee is anyone using the learning/training system. A candidate uses the recruiting and assessment flow (without access to learning content).

  • Subscription: billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is discounted.
  • Default currency: EUR for quoting and invoicing.
  • GBP option: if required, we quote in EUR and convert using an agreed FX rate and validity window.
  • Taxes: VAT is applied where required.

Scope and delivery

  • Quoted objectively: headcount, branches/offices, roles, and the amount of content and verification required.
  • Minimum engagement: paid rollout services start from €600.
  • Change control: out‑of‑scope requests are handled as a change request or separately scoped project.
  • Integrations: standalone first. API work is scoped separately with clear acceptance criteria.
