Role setup session Week 1 ~90 min

We confirm you’re comfortable with the Platform Functionality and Map Creator tracks, then build the foundation for your first role.

  • Create branches and departments for your company structure.
  • Select a priority position and load the 3D Resume Track; adapt it together so candidates can run through an automated interview.
  • Load the onboarding template for the same role; prune unnecessary modules, add what’s missing, and refine the flow.
  • Calibrate at least seven modules with clearly scoped tasks and correct settings.
Output: branches/departments created; resume + onboarding tracks adapted for the chosen role

Role track review Week 2 ~90 min

We audit the content you added for the chosen role, adapt the second half of the track, and sanity‑check the recruiting flow.

  • Audit the role track: confirm titles match content; check module load to avoid overload; ensure each module has an appropriate task; verify a mentor is assigned.
  • Adapt the second part of the track together so it’s production‑ready.
  • Recruiting review: examine 3D resume structure and the candidate run‑through path.
  • Q&A: surface any difficulties; collect platform feedback; clarify any functional gaps.
Output: track audited and adapted; recruiting flow reviewed; open issues captured

Finalise track & recruiting Week 3 ~90 min

We validate the content added, finalize the remaining parts of the track, review recruiting, handle questions, and align on commercial terms.

  • Audit updates: confirm titles match content; check module load; ensure each module has the right task; verify mentor assignment.
  • Finalise the rest of the track together so it’s production‑ready.
  • Recruiting review: confirm 3D resume structure and candidate run‑through.
  • Q&A: address remaining difficulties; feedback on the platform overall; clarify any functionality.
  • Commercials: discuss pricing options and purchase terms.
Output: track finalized; recruiting flow confirmed; open points logged; pricing/terms aligned in principle

Contract execution & payment ~60 min

We formalise the engagement, close out remaining questions, process payment, and lock the kick-off plan. From here your company runs a tighter, faster onboarding engine.
