Role setup session Week 1 ~90 min

We confirm your workflow, success criteria, and what “ready for the role” means, then build the foundation for your first role inside Sintegrum.

  • Create branches and departments for your company structure.
  • Select a priority role and load Sintegrum’s candidate verification template; adapt it so candidates complete a structured, automated screening.
  • Load the onboarding template for the same role; remove what you don’t need, add what’s missing, and refine the flow.
  • Calibrate key modules with clearly scoped tasks and the correct settings (typically 7+ to make the flow usable).
Output: branches/departments created; resume + onboarding tracks adapted for the chosen role

Role track review Week 2 ~90 min

We audit the content you added for the chosen role, adapt the second half of the track, and sanity‑check the recruiting flow.

  • Audit the role track: confirm titles match content; check module load to avoid overload; ensure each module has an appropriate task; verify a mentor is assigned.
  • Adapt the second part of the track together so it’s production‑ready.
  • Recruiting review: examine the verification track structure and the candidate run‑through path.
  • Q&A: surface any difficulties; collect platform feedback; clarify any functional gaps.
Output: track audited and adapted; recruiting flow reviewed; open issues captured

Finalise track & recruiting Week 3 ~90 min

We validate the content added, finalize the remaining parts of the track, review recruiting, handle questions, and align on commercial terms.

  • Audit updates: confirm titles match content; check module load; ensure each module has the right task; verify mentor assignment.
  • Finalise the rest of the track together so it’s production‑ready.
  • Recruiting review: confirm verification track structure and candidate run‑through.
  • Q&A: address remaining difficulties; feedback on the platform overall; clarify any functionality.
  • Commercials: review pricing options and confirm purchase terms.
Output: track finalized; recruiting flow confirmed; open points logged; pricing/terms aligned in principle

Contract execution & payment Week 4 ~60 min

We formalise the engagement, close out remaining questions, process payment, and lock the kick-off plan. From here your company runs a tighter, faster onboarding engine.

  • Sign final agreements and confirm scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Resolve any remaining questions live and confirm alignment before launch.
  • Payment: finalise invoice and processing details.
  • Kick‑off confirmation: start date, first cohort, and reporting cadence.
  • Confirm the post-launch plan and ownership for ongoing updates.
Output: contracts executed; payment initiated; kick‑off confirmed; bespoke scope noted

Once you’re live, we support adoption, expand coverage to more roles, and keep standards consistent as the role evolves.

  • Scale to more roles with the Role Expansion Pack.
  • Build or standardise training content with Tailored Training Build.
  • Strengthen screening with the Candidate Verification Pack (rubrics, tasks, consistent pass criteria).
  • Keep tracks current and improve completion with the Adoption and Performance Retainer.
  • Integrations and API work are optional and scoped separately.
Output: ongoing optimisation; new roles added; verification standards maintained
